• Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to formulate accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques tailored to clients’ specific needs and challenges.
• Respond to mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure client safety.
• Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and families to set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and services, advocating for clients within the healthcare system and connecting them with community support.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• In states requiring license, required upon hire and maintain current in accordance with state regulations. In states without a licensure requirement, current registration with appropriate state board required and/or under clinical supervision to meet clinical hours required for licensure.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum one (1) year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience. Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, geriatric psych care and subsequent diagnoses, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).
