• Identify and manage lending opportunities
• Build relationships with business clients
• Analyze financial needs of clients
• Process loan applications
• Assess creditworthiness
• Underwrite commercial loans
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage loan portfolios
• Support Small Business Administration (SBA) lending efforts
• Contribute to the bank s objectives of community growth and customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in loan policy, procedures and processes, with the ability to facilitate and manage lending portfolios effectively
• Experience in Finance and Underwriting with a strong understanding of risk assessment and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge or experience in SBA lending processes and guidelines (suggested)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Leavenworth, KS
• Prior experience in commercial lending or banking preferred
