Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. This position plays a key role in promoting student well‑being, fostering positive school climates, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psycho educational evaluations and assessments for eligibility and program planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and behavior.
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collect and analyze data to support student progress monitoring and intervention effectiveness.
  • Participate in crisis response, prevention initiatives, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and district policies.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in K–12 school settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of special education processes and RTI/MTSS frameworks.

IDR Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
