OverviewWe’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in achieving their academic and personal goals. The ideal candidate is committed to inclusion, collaboration, and individualized instruction that helps every student reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals
- Adapt curriculum and materials to meet a range of learning abilities
- Manage and monitor student progress using data-driven strategies and ongoing assessment
- Support behavioral, social, and emotional growth through positive intervention and structured classroom management
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school events
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
- Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in K–12 special education settings preferred

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
