Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Leavenworth, KS. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, assist in care coordination, and handle patient inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and staff, and utilizing dental terminology to support patient care efforts. The role also involves demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and providing personalized assistance to meet patient needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to manage patient communications and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Skills in Care Coordination and experience in facilitating communication between patients, dental professionals, and staff
  • Understanding of Dental Terminology to accurately interpret and utilize dental and medical terms in patient interactions
  • Strong Patient Care abilities, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
