That’s why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As the Technical Support Team (TST) Travel Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System to ensure personnel travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events.

Provide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System (DTS) to coordinate travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience coordinating and adjusting travel orders based on training unit requirements
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365 Teams
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience preparing and processing official travel orders in DTS or via DD Form 1610
• Experience managing lodging reservations and confirming availability through DTS or manual coordination
• Experience adjusting Government Travel Charge Card credit limits to meet mission needs
• Experience processing off-post travel orders covering lodging, meals, and incidentals
• Experience providing reach-back support to deployed staff during exercises
• Experience collaborating with external agencies to integrate travel requirements into exercise planning
• Experience arranging domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) travel for civilian contractors supporting MCTP

Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contract requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
