We’re currently recruiting a reliable and driven Warehouse Operative to join our team in the KT22 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their logistics or distribution career with a company committed to excellent service and team collaboration.

💷 Salary : £13.00 – £19.50 per hour (DOE & overtime available)

⏰ Overtime :
Paid at £19.50

📍 Location : KT22

🕐 Shifts :
Mon-Fri 07 : 30 - 17 : 00 with potential short-notice overtime

🚗 Driving Licence Essential –

• Serve trade counter customers with product knowledge and professionalism
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and quickly
• Assist with stock control: daily checks and annual stock take
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Provide admin support and handle customer returns or queries
• Support call-outs and deliveries as needed (driving licence essential)
• Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and sales team
• Ensure company property is respected and maintained

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is desirable
• Forklift / Counterbalance licence preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend availability
• Willingness to undertake new training and tasks when needed
• Understanding of health & safety and GDPR responsibilities
