Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in our beautiful Surrey offices (). The role involves responding to client briefs and requests, managing client accounts, maintaining strong communication, preparing proposals, overseeing budgets, and planning and executing high‑quality events and incentive programmes. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of events that meet client expectations.

A part‑time role will be considered based on 5 shorter days per week.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written capabilities, essential for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience in budgeting and finance management to effectively oversee event budgets and ensure cost‑efficiency.
  • Expertise in event planning, with the ability to coordinate and execute complex events, meetings, and incentive programmes.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant experience in the events and hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of London and UK hotels and venues is advantageous.
  • Foreign languages are useful.
