A Legal 500law firm in Leatherhead is seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join itsgrowing team in its brand new office.

You will supportexperienced Property Solicitors and manage a small team of Paralegals doing the same on a wide range of high-quality work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating and supporting your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
General administrative duties including opening and closing files
Managing and mentoring a team of support staff

Typical matters you will work on include residential property transactions including:

Freehold and leasehold
Sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Right to buy

To be considered, it is essential your background includes:

2 years or more of experience in residential conveyancing matters within a UK private practice law firm
Experienced managing a small team of support staff
