HR Advisor

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a well-established, growing, privately owned business based in Leatherhead and they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their office.

A full-time, office-based role, working 37hrs a week

This is a hands-on generalist role, supporting senior management and line managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the support of an external HR and employment law advisory partner.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters
Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues
Support appraisals, KPIs, and development planning
Ensure HR policies, GDPR, and employment law compliance
Maintain HR systems and produce management reports
Support wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives

About You

CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
3-5 years' experience in an HR Advisory/Generalist role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confident communicator with a practical, proactive approach
Organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a small business environment
