Talent Acquisition Manager

Reed HR are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of the recruitment strategy, working closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best talent. Our client is ideally looking for someone with previous experience as an Internal Recruiter / Advisor. Responsibilities:
Develop and lead recruitment strategies that align with business goals Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements Source candidates through a mix of channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to offer Track key hiring metrics and use data to improve processes Promote our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience Oversee recruitment tools and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance Requirements:
Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools A proactive approach and a genuine interest in building great teams What they offer:
