Corporate Tax Senior Manager

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of Owner Managed Businesses across multiple sectors
• Deliver exceptional UK tax compliance whilst identifying strategic opportunities
• Advise on high-value matters: succession planning, group restructurings, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation schemes
• Join a Business Tax working group where you'll actively shape the service offering and drive future growth
• Lead and mentor junior team members, building tomorrow's tax talent

• You're ACA, ACCA, or CIOT qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• You are able to combine technical excellence with genuine commercial awareness
• Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations affecting owner-managed businesses
• Excellent client relationship skills and the confidence to advise at board level
• The ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable advice
• A collaborative approach and a passion for developing others
