Leatherhead - Principal Electrical Engineer Onshore CLIENT​/IR35

Position

Title: Leatherhead – Principal Electrical Engineer – (Onshore) – (CLIENT / INSIDE IR35)

Project: Aramco – Shaybah.

PAYE: £50p/hr PAYE + holiday and pension.

Duration: 12 months plus (year +).

Location: Leatherhead offices, 5 days a week (non‑negotiable).

This role is inside IR35 and must be engaged via PAYE. The base rate excluding holiday pay and pension contribution is £50.00 per hour. The role requires the successful candidate to attend the K  Leatherhead offices 5 days a week.

Principal Electrical Engineer required to work within our client’s team on an LNG FEED project.

Candidates must have previous Aramco experience. Typically, required competency and skills would have been built up over a 12‑year period working for a consultant engineering company, machinery manufacturer, or end‑user company.

• Strong gas processing or LNG experience.
• Conceptual, pre‑FEED, study or FEED experience.
• Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing electrical systems for voltages up to 132 kV including overhead lines, reactive power compensation, etc. for various energy transition projects in FEED and/or EPC.
• Experience designing 132 kV electrical distribution systems, interfacing with grid company, protection requirements and brownfield modifications.
• Knowledge of Aramco Standards and Grid Code requirements.
