Maintenance Surveyor needed in Leatherhead. This is a temporary contract paying £40ph Umbrella. This is a temporary role. Reference number: 000A C3FA / 1.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation, consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and internal and external stakeholders in the region.
