Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

As a member of our Bank Staff team, you will:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
• Supervise children during play and learning, ensuring their wellbeing
• Support and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Help maintain high standards of care and follow safeguarding policies

We’re seeking flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about early years education.

• A full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

• Driving licence (helpful for travel between Weybridge and Leatherhead)
• Previous experience as a bank staff or in a flexible childcare role
