Sales Analyst Genesis

Responsibilities

• Complete data centric, administrative tasks across the sales organisation
• Monitor and audit data quality
• Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
• Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
• Develop records management processes and policies
• Consider both back-end organisation of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
• Stakeholders management with both internal and external parties
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes whilst also appreciating scalability requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Numerate with excellent PC Skills (MS Office). Proficient in Excel, experience with Sisense in a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish creditability amongst stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise and execute within specified time frame
• Confident in identifying areas of opportunity and ability to present with confidence
• Comfortable working in a high tempo environment
