Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience, hourly + commissions + spiffs)
Sign‑on Bonus: $2,000

- Deliver professional, respectful customer service at every visit
- 2+ years HVAC field experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Own tools preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Predictable schedules and realistic workloads
- Guaranteed hours during slow seasons
