What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Help customers improve comfort and indoor air quality
  • Educate customers on maintenance options without high‑pressure sales tactics
  • Troubleshoot electrical components, controls, and refrigerant systems
  • Use modern tools, tablets, and diagnostic technology
  • Deliver professional, respectful customer service at every visit
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years HVAC field experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Own tools preferred but not required
  • Team player with strong communication skills
