We are looking for leaders to serve as assistant managers. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent pizza service. This position offers a fun, flexible environment and long‑term career growth.

• Lead all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example, follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Perform general store duties: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, complete inventory paperwork, and maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facility.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing and able to work during inclement weather and open/close the store.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to enter orders quickly using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Physical capability: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and other tasks described below.

• Standing (most tasks performed standing, work surfaces 36–48 inches).
• Walking/Jogging/Running for short distances.
• Sitting during paperwork at an office desk.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking to 72” high.
• Carrying: large items up to 50 lbs, pizza dough trays (≈12 lbs each).
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies, up to 30 lbs force.
• Climbing/Stairs: infrequent use of ladders or stairs for store maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting: necessary at assembly stations.
• Reaching: up/down/forward, occasional reach to 72”.
• Hand tasks: continuous use of hands, coordination, forceful hand‑peel and cutter use.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
