Among the many benefits of working in private practice, LVC offers the freedom of autonomous medicine, flexible scheduling with no on-call or Sundays, and a focus on a healthy work/life balance for our Drs. We have a support staff of 30 employees with a 3:1 technician per doctor ratio and our mentor program is available for those who would like to work directly with one of our experienced DVMs.
We will exceed any corporate benefit package and can customize your compensation with possible: car allowance, student loan assistance, travel perks, extended PTO or production bonuses. Practice Philosophy
At Leander Veterinary Clinic, we believe in the importance of the bond people have with their pets. Our goal is to foster that bond. We do this by focusing on our clients and their pets’ specific needs, with the individual care and attention they deserve. We believe in always offering the best care possible, but we also recognize that what is right for one client, may not be for another.
Our clients and their pets are not just numbers, they are part of the LVC family.
We are looking for friendly, organized, and responsible applicants to join the LVC family.
