Senior CNC Machinist

We're looking for a hands‑on senior machinist who can program, set up, and run multiple CNC machines at once
-not just "operate." You'll own parts end‑to‑end, from CAM programming and tooling through machining and delivery.

• Program complex parts in MasterCAM (multi‑surface, miniature features, non‑traditional toolpaths).
• Run CNC lathe (
  Okuma
  ), 5‑axis CNC mill (
  DGM
  ), Swiss lathe, manual lathe/mill.
• Choose tools/fixtures, set speeds/feeds, solve problems fast.
• Support both prototypes and small production runs.
• Order tools and materials when needed—no bottlenecks, no excuses.
• Handle daily surprises and keep machines running.

• 7+ years CNC machining across multiple platforms.
• Proven MasterCAM programming experience (not just editing).
• Able to multitask and supervise multiple machines simultaneously.
• High‑tolerance mindset (aerospace/defense/robotics experience a plus).
• Self‑starter with a "get it done" attitude.
