Our management team averages $33-37 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives). As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon, and helping to grow the salon’s clientele.

• A valid TX cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

• Standing for long periods of time
• Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting and turning continuously
• Working above shoulder level continuously
• Frequent bending, pushing and pulling
• Occasional kneeling and climbing
• Hands frequently exposed to water
