We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Leander and Austin Sitio Del Rio locations!

• Provide solutions for patients' needs and help them select the best treatment options
• Convert inquiries into satisfied patients through education and objection handling
• Maintain high treatment acceptance standards
• Take doctor’s notes and ensure patient charts are complete
• Verify insurance and arrange payment plans
• Communicate with patients via call, email, and text to set up consultations and keep schedules full
• Refer patients for restorative care if necessary
• Assist in local marketing and community events
• Cross-train in all support roles

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in sales or a service industry
• Ability to convert inquiries into contracts
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
