• Assist the Shelf Edge Manager in efficient department operations, including inventory management, space management, and price image on the shelf edge.
• Perform inventory audits, ensuring compliance with Store Inventory Management (SIM) and plan‑ogram (POG) SOPs.
• Investigate inventory issues and execute category refresh requirements for new item placement and store‑assigned category updates.
• Assign a product shelf assignment (PSA) to all plan‑o‑gram items and displays, and audit to ensure all plan‑o‑grams are properly set and current.
• Conduct shelf‑edge sanitation, process preliminary exception reports, and ensure advertisement, price, and item sign accuracy.
• Hang coupons for total store; pull expired coupons and print/replenish/correct coupons, creating letters of corrections.
• Conduct advertisement walks, WIC audits, and execute price changes from tag host batch.
• Ensure accountability for ad racks and perform scale checks.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in new item cut‑ins, refresh process, and reviewing plan‑o‑grams for accuracy.
• Primary certification (experience) in a specific shelf‑edge function (SB1, SB2, SB3).
• MHE certification within 6 months of hire.
• Working knowledge of Symbol usage/application.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; attention to detail.
• Function in a fast‑paced, retail environment, performing detailed and precise tasks.
• Ability to use skid/pallet jacks.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 65 lbs and perform required movements.

• Constantly maintain at waist, reach, grasp.
• Frequently stand, walk, shift focus between tasks.
• Occasionally sit, reach overhead, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, perform fine motor movements.
• Occasionally be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, wet conditions.
