• Greet, meet, and develop strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs.
• Educate and present product options to clients, focusing on creating comprehensive protection packages.
• Identify additional opportunities to protect clients’ material property and family needs.
• Schedule follow-up meetings and refer clients to team specialists for advanced needs.
• Participate in ongoing education to obtain additional licenses and credentials.

• Must possess or be able to obtain required licenses. License assistance available.
• Insurance industry experience is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Experience in sales and customer service, coupled with excellent organizational and typing skills.
