• Develop test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts.
• Execute test scenarios, cases and scripts.
• Apply industry standard testing techniques.
• Apply internal processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance concepts.
• Demonstrate understanding of technical requirements.
• Validate and analyze expected and unexpected results.
• Ensure proper documentation of defects and resolutions.
• Be familiar with automated testing.

• High school diploma or a GED.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, business or related field, or four years of relevant experience in the software testing field.
• Experience with annuity insurance strongly preferred.
