Status: Full‑Time – Exempt

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our Central IT and Client Experience groups. This role is ideal for a people‑focused, data‑driven professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving results across multiple business functions.

• Serve as a bridge between business units, providing frontline support to employees and leadership teams
• Lead and manage employee relations, including investigations, hotline complaints, and exit interviews
• Analyze and manage large datasets using advanced Excel functions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; contribute to policy/procedural writing
• Partner with senior leaders and provide coaching and guidance on HR matters
• Maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels of the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience considered
• Proven experience in a professional work environment, managing employee relations and HR investigations
• HR related certifications beneficial (SHRM / PHR)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
