The Receptionist position answers a multi-line telephone system and greets visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience at the first point of contact and for directing customers and vendors to the appropriate dealership representative or resource.

• WEEKDAYS - THURSDAY & FRIDAY - 2PM TO 8PM
• SATURDAYS REQUIRED - 2PM TO 8PM

• Arrive punctually and inform supervisor immediately of any planned or unplanned absences.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Operate a multi-line phone including answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system, calls individuals to the phone.
• Minimize the time callers are on hold and checks back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding.
• Take detailed messages when call cannot be completed; including caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and delivers to appropriate party in a timely manner.
• Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquires.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any problems with phone system.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Six months of receptionist experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA
