The Customer Service Attendant position is a full-time or part-time role focused on providing exceptional service (we call it Unreasonable Hospitality) to all guests at our washes. This role is integral to maintaining a welcoming experience and enhancing the overall wash experience. This role emphasizes positive body language to assist guests with initiating their wash process.

• Must be able to stand / walk for duration of shift / outdoor environment / Lift Approx. 40lbs.
• Need to have reliable transportation.
• Fast learner, able to follow company guidelines and processes.
• Can engage in customer communication and respond respectfully to customer inquiries when necessary.
• Must demonstrate positive body language and ability to Smile!
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

• Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment.
• Provide customers with information and benefits of the monthly membership programs.
• Guide cars onto the conveyor with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor with a big smile.
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
• Assist fellow team members with keeping the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is organized.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
• Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
• Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Position may be required to rotate to other company locations (Friendswood, League City)
