️ Key Responsibilities
* Office Management:
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events, placing orders

* Billing:
Assists with coding invoices to be paid
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
* Discretion when handling confidential information2
