This person should have a solid background in farming or agronomy and willing to learn details of the job. The position will consist of running large, self-propelled boom sprayers, some maintenance of equipment and other roles throughout the season. CDL required as well as IA state pesticide license- can help obtain both!

Full benefits, on the job training and help with licensing for the right person. Starting pay will be hourly with quick room for advancement along with overtime pay and bonuses! This position will likely yield $65,000 to $85,000++
