Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist with food preparation and dining; provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Document resident interactions and communicate changing condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse
