Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

• Full-time or part-time
• 8- hour shifts 6am - 2pm or
• 12-hour shifts 6am- 6pm

Accura Health Care of Le Mars, a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), provides transitional care, skilled nursing care, and long-term care services. In addition to skilled care services, our Stonebridge Suites of Le Mars community is a 30-apartment Assisted Living Facility (ALF) for those looking for a lifestyle of convenience in a community-based living environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met.

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state‑specific license
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
• Must be capable of performing Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
