**** Foundation Manager General

Summary of Responsibilities:

** Responsible for planning, implementing and directing a comprehensive development program designed to support the mission and objectives of Floyd Valley Healthcare. The qualified individual will lead development, maintain a prospect portfolio, supervise and oversee all strategies for effective solicitation of Foundation prospects. Visibility in community to build connections is critical for both the success of FVH and the Foundation. Volunteerism is a critical function of this position to give back to the community and foster relationships with service clubs and community connections.

Self-drive under a highly autonomous position will require great communication and written skills. Leading, building and maintaining rapport with FVH Foundation Board of Directors is essential. Foundation Manager will be responsible for planning and leading key fundraising events throughout the calendar year.

Qualifications:

** 2-3 years of progressive experience in fundraising with a successful track record in identifying local and regional prospects. Experience in cultivating and stewarding Foundation relationships.
