PAMHC is seeking a full-time, in-person, IT Support Technician for our Le Mars location. Travel to our other locations is required. Position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, with after business hours required occasionally.
Pay Range$24.35 up to $28.67 depending on experience

This position primarily involves performing the duties of handling Information Technology needs, including but not limited to changes or updates to the Center’s EHR, email, staff computers, printers, phone system and overall IT support.
Requirements- 2+ years’ experience in a technology related field, providing support of client’s hardware, software, workstations, servers, and network infrastructure or an Associates Level+ in Computer Science, Network Administration, or IT related degree.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- Extensive knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite (Office 365 preferred), desktop deployment technologies, hardware and software components of Windows based computers and associated peripherals.
- Experience working with and supporting Windows management solutions such as, Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange (Office 365), and Active Directory.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
