As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring care and satisfaction for all our patients and operational excellence in our clinics, as well as supporting business development activities in the area.
Main activities
Take responsibility for the operational excellence of all clinics in the area:
Implement efficient clinic processes to ensure high productivity.
Ensure high capacity utilisation through strategic patient/staff scheduling and fostering organic growth.
Effectively manage supplies, implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
Provide technical support to each clinic to optimise capacity utilisation and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of the financial performance of all clinics in the area:
Participate in preparing the annual budget for clinics.
Ensure financial performance meets the budgeted targets (clinic margin level).Manage clinic costs, including labour, supplies, maintenance and operating expenses, implementing necessary tools and processes.
Prioritise customer satisfaction by supporting clinic staff in effective and safe troubleshooting:
Implement programmes and initiatives to understand patient needs and deliver high patient satisfaction.
Act as a role model and leader to clinic staff, fostering a motivated and high‑performing team.
Support HR Team and Operations Director in implementing HR policies and procedures, handling HR issues at clinic level.
Requirements University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
Experience in running an operational unit within the service industry, preferably in health or pharma business, demonstrating a tactical and strategic understanding of business operations.
Experience working in an international company or with diverse cultures.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).Target and solution‑oriented mindset.
Proven interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Foster a collaborative working environment and maintain an open communication style.
Uphold service supremacy and demonstrate a strong awareness of quality.
