Sr Warehouse Associate

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our packing and fulfillment operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, focused on assembling, inspecting, labeling, and palletizing snack packs while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

• Keep all workstations stocked with snacks, bags, boxes, labels, and supplies
• Pack 8 items into each bag at a target rate of 100–140 packs per hour
• Inspect every pack to ensure all items are present and correct
• Apply labels accurately to completed packs
• Place finished packs into boxes, ensuring the correct quantity per box based on daily requirements
• Tape and seal boxes securely
• Place boxes onto pallets in an organized and stable manner
• Wrap pallets and apply pallet labels
• Move and place pallets onto warehouse racks
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse

• High school diploma or equivalent required (18+)
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand for extended periods; and perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
