This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Layton, UT. The Salesperson will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting in-home consultations, providing detailed estimates, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in related industries
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
• Manage a $1,500,000 + Sales plan, selling painting services
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently, and follow the Lumos Painting Sales process.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in sales or business is preferred
