The RoleWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified executive-level conversations within Med Tech, OEM, supply chain, and emerging life science companies.
This is not a spam-based cold outreach role.
This is strategic outbound focused on:
- Relationship warming
- Qualified discovery call booking
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team. Your job is to create real pipeline, not activity. This is a performance-driven role with meaningful commission upside tied directly to revenue generated.
What You Will Own Targeted Outbound Prospecting- Identify and research ideal client profiles within Med Tech and regulated industries
- Execute personalized Linked In outreach campaigns
- Develop highly targeted cold email sequences
- Leverage industry events and networking lists
- Maintain disciplined CRM documentation
- Engage executive-level prospects in thoughtful conversations
- Qualify opportunities based on:
- Budget
- Decision‑making authority
- Need
- Timeline
- Schedule discovery calls for Icovy leadership
- Ensure seamless handoff with full context and documented pain points
- Track weekly outreach metrics
- Maintain accurate pipeline status
- Execute persistent but professional follow‑ups
- Uphold brand standards in all communications
- Join early discovery calls if requested
- Support follow‑up communication
- Assist with proposal coordination (as needed)
- Does not own accounts
- Does not manage clients
- Does not run campaigns
- Does not close independently (initially)
Your job is to generate qualified pipeline that converts into revenue.
Performance Expectations- 20–30 personalized outbound touches per day
- 6–10 qualified executive meetings per month
- Weekly reporting and CRM compliance
- Professional communication at all times
This role will be evaluated on pipeline quality and revenue impact.
Compensation StructureThis is a performance-based role.
Compensation includes:
- Commission on first-year collected revenue for deals you source
- Meeting-based performance incentives available
- No cap on commission
Commission is paid on cash collected and calculated on first-year revenue only. Top performers who consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue will see meaningful upside. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with performance accountability and revenue-based compensation.
Ideal Candidate Profile- 2–5 years of B2B outbound experience
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, or marketing services preferred
- Comfortable speaking with executives and founders
- Highly disciplined and organized
- Competitive but professional
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Familiarity with Med Tech or Life Sciences
- Experience selling high-ticket consulting or marketing retainers
