Looking for an enthusiastic and positive sales partner to grow our business! The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and/or plumbers to grow our water mitigation department. Pay structure is a mix of salary and commission, actual compensation will depend upon results. Let's partner to grow an awesome business!

• Identify and build relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, contractors, plumbers)
• Attend local networking events and industry mixers
• Manage a CRM and track outreach and follow-ups
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity, committing to our unique core values

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
