Builders First Source - - Responsibilities:
Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications and liaising between customers and internal teams.;
Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, orders, deliveries, and scheduling of installations with timely follow-ups.;
Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls and researching client needs and competition to meet sales goals.;
Provide accurate material take-offs for residential projects and assist drafting/engineering as required.;
Process orders and pricing in the ERP system, create invoices/work orders, and maintain stock levels on the sales floor and stockroom.
