Guest Services Team Member

At Layton Aquarium and Wildlife Encounters, we are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

$20/hour + bonus opportunity. We’re growing and looking for motivated sales professionals who want stable hourly pay and real bonus upside.

This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to earn $1,000+ in bonuses per pay period during peak times.

• Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately document interactions and results.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and energy.

• You’re comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale.
• You take feedback well and use coaching to improve results.
• You stay motivated by goals, bonuses, and friendly competition.
• You understand that sales performance directly impacts earnings.

• $20 per hour starting pay.
