Our company was born out of a need that goes unaddressed - when someone passes away, a logistical nightmare is created for families (dealing with accounts, property, insurances, finances, estate issues, benefits, and fraud protection).
Full-Circle Aftercare is a one-of-a-kind concierge service that helps families wrap up non-legal estate issues after the loss of a loved one. On their own, most families take about 18 months to close all the accounts, claim benefits, and wrap up the estate. We help families do everything in a few hours.
You’ll talk with grieving families over the phone to help them navigate estate closing matters and connect them to services that will make their lives easier. We’re looking for someone who will join our growing team, help us improve our service, and make meaningful connections with families.
You’ll talk with families who are referred to us from Funeral Home and Hospice clients to help them identify what estate closing tasks need to be done and offer them services to make those tasks easier. This role is a great stepping stone into a sales career.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be part of our Abide Aftercare team, working closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to develop communication and sales skills.
This position is on-site in our office in Layton, UT.
You’ll manage and track all of your activity in our CRM.
Each day, you’ll call to schedule aftercare calls with families reported to us and hold those aftercare consults and find the best way to serve each family.
You’ll also work closely with the product team to provide feedback from prospects and customers, helping us meet and exceed our market’s expectations.
You’ll consistently identify and execute on ways to improve in your role. You’ll help develop organization around sales for the next reps we’ll hire.
