** Small Electronics Specialist
** RC Willey is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Small Electronics Specialist to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure product quality. In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide expert guidance on small electronics, manage inventory, and assist with order fulfillment. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist customers in finding the right small electronics, including Apple products, wireless phones, tablets, cameras, and more.
* Provide a warm, friendly greeting to every customer who enters the department.
* Stay informed on the latest products and features, reviewing new tech and sharing knowledge with the team.
* Update security settings on displays and ensure merchandise is correctly tagged.
* Handle cashiering tasks like processing sales, opening credit applications, managing returns/exchanges/price matching, and balancing the cash drawer.
* Maintain reports, track follow-ups, and ensure great customer service after the sale.
* Help customers make confident buying decisions and leave with a positive shopping experience.
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Experience in sales and working with electronics is a plus
* Experience in cashiering
* Must be self-motivated
* Able to reach company sales standards
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
