• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide knowledgeable reference to tools, products, and services.
• Understand and communicate the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of in-store and digital capabilities to drive guest adoption and loyalty.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive Up (DU) orders and returns, and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Scan, bag, and handle merchandise efficiently and safely, following food safety standards and company best practices.
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies during store hours while being available to guests.
• Work with urgency to minimize guest wait times while ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Participate in a safe and compliant work environment, following all safety policies and training.
• Assist with cash handling and cash office processes as needed; support store operations as required by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office tasks as needed.
• Lift and move merchandise safely, with typical weights up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift and work in varying temperatures and environments as required by duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
