Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. As a Member Assist Cart Attendant, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot by keeping carts ready and assisting members with their purchases. You also help members load their vehicles and create a great member experience, standing at the park, sweeping the lot and deploying carts during all weather conditions.

• Take pride in a fast‑paced environment, keeping the parking lot clean and carts available.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem‑solve obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Answer member questions and provide exceptional customer service across the club.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area and ensure carts/flatbeds are organized.
• Complete safety sweeps, adhere to safety policies and report unsafe situations.
• Handle member orders, notifying members of delays or availability issues and proposing alternatives.
• Process member purchases, including cash and other payment methods, using cash registers.
• Assist members with transportation of merchandise, using cart retrieval equipment as needed.
