As the General Manager of a Wendy’s restaurant, you will serve as the leader of your team, mentoring and developing staff to achieve operational and financial goals. Your duties include instilling Wendy’s culture, motivating employees to exceed customer expectations, managing daily operations, maintaining food quality and safety, controlling labor and costs, and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

• Minimum of three years experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick‑service restaurant with a heavy drive‑thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.).
• Strong background in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and a commitment to excellence.
