We are looking for a Procurement Team Member to join us in Layton, Utah where organization, precision, and teamwork come together to create high-quality freezer meals families count on. In this role, you'll keep ingredients flowing, standards high, and operations running smoothly because, let's be honest... when the foundation is strong, everything works better!

Schedule:

• Part-Time, up to 28hrs with a variable schedule
• Shifts may be 5:45 AM–12:00 PM, 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Inventory & Receiving
  • Receive, verify, and put away ingredient deliveries
  • Maintain accurate raw material inventory levels
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with orders or deliveries
  • Update procurement records and tracking data
• Quality & Food Safety
  • Rotate inventory using first-in/first-out (FIFO) practices
  • Monitor ingredient quality and report issues promptly
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
• Production Support
  • Supply ingredients daily to production teams
  • Coordinate with team members to anticipate production needs
  • Maintain organized storage and work areas
• Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Report safety concerns or incidents promptly

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety practices (training provided)
• Previous food production, warehouse, or kitchen experience preferred but not required

• Stand for extended periods during shifts
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Lift and carry items typically 15–40 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Reach overhead and handle food products and equipment
• Work in a production/warehouse setting while wearing required PPE (hairnet, gloves, etc.)
