The Field Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the field execution of all demolition projects, including crew scheduling, job prep, foreman support, and safety facilitation. This role ensures that teams are deployed effectively, job sites are prepared correctly, issues are resolved promptly, and safety standards are upheld across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Crew & Job Scheduling- Build and maintain schedules for field crews and equipment in alignment with project timelines.
- Anticipate labor needs and adjust staffing plans to support job demands.
- Coordinate job assignments with foremen and leadership.
- Ensure all jobs have required personnel, equipment, materials, permits, and subcontractors prior to start.
- Work with project planning to verify scope clarity and resource readiness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for foremen and field personnel for questions or issues.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate when needed.
- Facilitate communication between field and office leadership.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability at all job sites.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement policies, conduct safety meetings, track incidents, and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Identify safety risks and lead corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, staffing issues, safety concerns, and operational performance.
- 2 –7+ years’ experience in construction, demolition, or similar operations
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and support field personnel
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- OSHA safety training/certifications (e.g., 30-hour OSHA)
- Knowledge of demolition processes, equipment and regulations

Job Type: Full-time, 10 hour days Monday - Thursday
