Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician – Nxt Property Management

Pay: $19–$20 per hour (DOE)

As a Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You'll rotate between properties to support daily operations and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Completing maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas
- Turning vacant units efficiently and to company standards
- Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs
- Patching and painting
- Maintaining community grounds and curb appeal
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
We're seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented self‑starter who enjoys working independently while also being part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications- Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall (a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation required to travel between properties
