Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Layton, Kaysville, and Farmington area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA.
  • Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
  • Collect and record data electronically after each session.
  • Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team.
  • Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
  • Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
  • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
  • Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support).
  • Reliable transportation within Layton / Kaysville / Farmington.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
